Account settings

This section describes the procedures for changing the account name and resetting the password for accessing the Platform user account.

Username change

To change the user account name of the Platform:

1. Click on the edit button next to the username in the table on the user management page:

   

As a result, a window for editing the user account name will be displayed:

2. Enter a new user account name in the «Name of the user» field.

3. Click on the «Save» button.

Reset access password

To reset the Platform user account access password:

1. Find the row in the table that contains information about the user account for which you want to reset the access password.

2. Click on the button with the password reset symbol in the «ACTIONS» column:

   

As a result, the password reset window for the user account will be displayed:

• To automatically generate a new password, click on the «Reset» button.

• To manually generate a new password, uncheck «Automatically generate a password». As a result, a password reset window for the user account will be displayed with the option to create a password manually:

  

  • Enter a new password in the field.

  • Click on the «Reset» button.

As a result, the access password to the Platform for the selected user will be changed.
